I am a fun-loving, says-it-as-it-is, grown woman who you can connect with. I’ve been round the block a few times and I’ve got the grey hairs and the T-shirts to prove it. I’ve met some amazing people and done some wacky stuff along the way. 

I honestly don’t believe there’s a magic silver bullet to turn your life around in 5 easy steps no matter what you see on social media. Life just isn’t that simple. It’s a journey and a process. It takes effort, time, courage and grit.  

What I WILL give you to help you on your journey is the benefit of my experience. I’ll tell you what I’ve done, what I’ve learned from others, what’s worked and what hasn’t. I’m inviting you to take it on board on your own terms and in your own way. I’m not your mother, I won’t judge you, I just want the best for you.
